Meadow Volunteer Sessions

The Friends of the Wildflower Meadows volunteer group have restarted the Monday evening sessions at 6:30pm, and have had several busy sessions throughout the season. Following the encouraging progress made last year, this has been - and continues to be -a valuable opportunity to continue caring for and developing our parish wildflower meadows. Volunteers are again be helping to establish the meadows by removing unwanted plants, building on the work already done to establish a thriving mix of wildflowers, grasses, and wildlife habitats. We still need more help!! - whether you have helped before or are new to the group, all are needed and very welcome.

Bring a fork, gloves and clippers to deadhead thistles and remove ragwort!
